Solutions for Pre-Foreclosure

Often we are requested by the lender to conduct a debtor auction of the collateral with the Lender's participation. In the event the sale does not yield an amount sufficient to satisfy the indebtedness, the lender may elect to accept a lesser amount as satisfaction of the debt (short sale), or may credit bid the property and take it into inventory (REO).

Once hired by the Substitute Trustee to conduct a public foreclosure auction, we aggressively market and advertise the property, work with prospective buyers, and select the best auction venue for the subject property, whether live or online, or a combination of the two.
